It&#8217;s a pretty nasty looking and feeling day with rain, gusty winds and chilly temps in control. As we head into the evening, the numbers get even colder with a few flakes of snow possible across central and eastern Kentucky. That will be followed up by a winter storm system moving our way early next week.<\/p>\n<p>As always, we start with the precious present. Steady rains continue to push across the east and will slowly end later this afternoon. Sunshine won&#8217;t do much for us in the afternoon with highs in the 30s.<\/p>\n<p>Our next weather maker is a developing winter storm by Monday and Tuesday.This continues to take on the look of a snowfall for parts of Kentucky and surrounding states.
