We have an arctic front sliding into the state, bringing a band of light snow and flurries, followed by bitterly cold wind chills. This takes us into a weekend that will feature a couple different snow makers. Oh&#8230; Then the Polar Vortex enters the picture next week.<\/p>\n<p>The arctic front will have a band of light snow and flurries with it. This may cause additional slick spots to develop on some roads overnight&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"jetpack-lazy-image jetpack-lazy-image--handled\" src=\"http:\/\/sirocco.accuweather.com\/nx_mosaic_640x480_public\/sir\/inmaSIRKY_.gif\" alt=\"\" data-lazy-loaded=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Winds are cranking behind this as temps tumble.
