Mild weather continues to increase across the region as spring really begins to ramp up. As a matter of fact, conditions over the next few days will be more common of May than the end of March. As we look longer term, there&#8217;s still the potential for a little ugly showing up as we start the month of April<\/p>\n<p>Let&#8217;s begin with today and roll forward. Temps will likely range from 70-75 for many, with the potential for the numbers to push close to 80 in the far west and southwest. Follow those numbers&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"full-wide\" src=\"http:\/\/gray.ftp.clickability.com\/wkytwebftp\/WEBTEMPS_STATE_650.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Friday is a warm and windy day across the bluegrass state. Temps range from the low and mid 70s in the north, to around 80 in the far south and west. That said, a few showers and storms may impact those numbers. There&#8217;s a shot for scattered storms from late tonight into Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday looks warm and windy once again as we wait for our Front. That slides in Saturday night with a line of strong storms.<\/p>\n<p>The GFS shows the Friday scattered storms and the Saturday night thunder&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/GFS-15.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-41494\" src=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/GFS-15.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"984\" height=\"808\" \/><\/a>The air behind that looks much better for Sunday and Monday, so we do get a bit of a break there.<\/p>\n<p>That doesn&#8217;t last very long as our next storm moves in as we end March and kick off April.
