Our developing storm is bringing an increase in rain with the potential for a few to several inches of snow taking shape this evening through early Thursday as arctic air surges in here.<\/p>\n<p>I wanted to drop by for a very quick update on some of the latest forecast models.<\/p>\n<p>We have some decent agreement among many of them, but the NAM went astray.<\/p>\n<p>The latest GFS has a pretty good snow hit for much of the area&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pbs.twimg.com\/media\/FJeeQ4kWUAc5_QZ?format=jpg&amp;name=medium\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/p>\n<p>That matches the SREF&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pbs.twimg.com\/media\/FJec8JHXoAIQMug?format=jpg&amp;name=medium\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And is similar to the Short Range Canadian&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pbs.twimg.com\/media\/FJecz9vXwAQdodW?format=jpg&amp;name=medium\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Canadian is similar&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"css-9pa8cd\" draggable=\"true\" src=\"https:\/\/pbs.twimg.com\/media\/FJfE-ajXEAQ8D7k?format=jpg&amp;name=medium\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The Euro has a sharper cutoff, but the trend of the model has been farther north with each run&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"css-9pa8cd\" draggable=\"true\" src=\"https:\/\/pbs.twimg.com\/media\/FJfFBCKWYAgJDMq?format=jpg&amp;name=medium\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Then there&#8217;s the NAM that went south&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pbs.twimg.com\/media\/FJecxQHXwAAfnQd?format=jpg&amp;name=medium\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/p>\n<p>As of now, the NAM has no friends.<\/p>\n<p>I will update things in a bit and will have a New Call For Snowfall.
