On this first day of a brand new month, we have some rain and snow showers kicking things off. Why? Because Mother Nature can, that&#8217;s why!! This continues to be part of a wild temperature ride that&#8217;s taking shape for the first two weeks of the month. Yippee!<\/p>\n<p>As mentioned, a few rain and snow showers are showing up out there this morning. Readings range from the upper 40s to middle 50s across the state.<\/p>\n<p>Temps tonight drop into the upper 20s to low 30s with a mix of clouds and stars.<\/p>\n<p>Clouds will increase on Saturday as another system threatens to bring a few late day showers back in here. Highs are mainly in the 50s, giving us another below normal temp day.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday into Monday look pretty good as temps get closer to normal.<\/p>\n<p>A storm system then rolls in here for Tuesday and brings an increased threat for showers and thunderstorms&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"css-9pa8cd\" draggable=\"true\" src=\"https:\/\/pbs.twimg.com\/media\/FPN6K4iWYAE5D0C?format=jpg&amp;name=4096x4096\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/p>\n<p>That will be followed up by a potent cold front that may bring strong storms in here by Wednesday&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"css-9pa8cd\" draggable=\"true\" src=\"https:\/\/pbs.twimg.com\/media\/FPN6SFHXIAgblF5?format=jpg&amp;name=large\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/p>\n<p>That could also become another big wind maker around here as it&#8217;s being pushed by a MAJOR trough digging into the region for the second half of next week.
