It&#8217;s another below normal temperature day across the Commonwealth but things are in better shape than the past few days. As we look ahead, buckle up because we have a wild weather ride taking shape for the week ahead of us. Gulp!<\/p>\n<p>Highs today reach the mid 50s to low 60s with a mix of sun and clouds. A weak system zips through the Ohio Valley this evening and brings a few showers with it. Overall, this looks like a great day to get outside and enjoy.<\/p>\n<p>This nice weather continues into Monday as clouds increase. I can&#8217;t rule out a late day shower or storm as moisture increases ahead of low pressure moving in from the southwest. This brings more widespread action in her for Tuesday&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"css-9pa8cd\" draggable=\"true\" src=\"https:\/\/pbs.twimg.com\/media\/FPSmXGfXMAwmbF2?format=png&amp;name=medium\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/p>\n<p>That will be followed up by a very strong cold front moving through here on Wednesday. This may very well bring strong to severe storms in here before the day is over&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"css-9pa8cd\" draggable=\"true\" src=\"https:\/\/pbs.twimg.com\/media\/FPSmYPYX0AU3ucT?format=png&amp;name=medium\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s being pushed by a major dip in the jet stream that will bring frigid temps with it for the end of the week into next weekend. It&#8217;s also a setup that can produce rain and snow showers around here. What the what? Of course, this has been talked about here since mid-March. &#x1f61c;<\/p>\n<p>This cold should get pushed around a few days later with a ridge of high pressure taking control into the following week as the trough goes to the west&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"css-9pa8cd\" draggable=\"true\" src=\"https:\/\/pbs.twimg.com\/media\/FPSmdfvX0AQ3v6K?format=png&amp;name=medium\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s a warm look that should also give us severe weather chances.<\/p>\n<p>Does that mean true spring is officially underway?
