We have another decent weather day in progress, but steamy temps and stormy skies are on the way. This is a pattern that takes hold of our 4th of July weekend and then continues into the first full week of July.<\/p>\n<p>Before we get into a holiday weekend breakdown, let&#8217;s see how the forecast models show rounds of storms firing up. The NHC is monitoring several systems&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nhc.noaa.gov\/xgtwo\/two_atl_5d0.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>One system is expected to develop into a named storm, but this is taking an incredibly far south track&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nhc.noaa.gov\/storm_graphics\/AT02\/refresh\/AL022022_5day_cone_no_line_and_wind+png\/204611_5day_cone_no_line_and_wind.png\" alt=\"cone graphic\" \/><\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s crazy to see this early in the season.<\/p>\n<p>We also need to watch that system nearing Texas and Louisiana&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.star.nesdis.noaa.gov\/\/GOES16\/ABI\/SECTOR\/GM\/GEOCOLOR\/GOES16-GM-GEOCOLOR-1000x1000.gif\" \/><\/p>\n<p>That may increase before coming ashore.
