It&#8217;s an ugly day wrapping up across the state as the rainstorm settles in. Many areas have picked up a half to one and a half inch of rain since late Saturday and we still have another 1&#8243;-3&#8243; to go.<BR><BR>A <STRONG>FLOOD WATCH<\/STRONG> is now out for many counties&#8230;<BR><BR><IMG style=\"BORDER-BOTTOM: 0px solid; BORDER-LEFT: 0px solid; BORDER-TOP: 0px solid; BORDER-RIGHT: 0px solid\" src=\"http:\/\/images.quickblogcast.com\/0\/4\/8\/0\/3\/139967-130840\/KyWarning15.png?a=71\"><BR><BR><STRONG>FLOOD WARNINGS<\/STRONG> are already up for parts of the Licking, Green and Ohio Rivers and I suspect more warnings over the next few days.<BR><BR>The cold upper level low will move from south to north across the state Monday night into Tuesday and this will cause the rain to mix with and change to snow for some areas.
