Our Christmas weekend is one we will never forget as bitterly cold air and snow continue to transition the Bluegrass state into the North Pole. While we track this brutal air, we are also watching another snow system by Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a breakdown of the weekend&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a0<strong>Today<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Temps are -5 to 5 to start the day. Wind chills are still at -20 or so.<\/li>\n<li>Highs reach the upper single digits to low teens. Wind chills will still be close to -10<\/li>\n<li>Snow showers and a few snow squalls will kick in and may cause some issues.<\/li>\n<li>Local accumulations will show up and may reduce visibilities to near zero at times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Christmas Eve<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Temps will be in the single digits with wind chills around -10 as Santa arrives.<\/li>\n<li>Snow showers will taper to flurries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Christmas Day<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lows around zero with a wind chill of -10 to -15 start the day.<\/li>\n<li>Highs are in the teens with a wind chill improving into the -5 to 5 degree range<\/li>\n<li>A few flurries will be noted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The next systme dropping in here on Monday continues to show up a little better on the models.
