Our severe weather day has come to an end and now we focus on light snow and snow showers moving in. Many will see small accumulations, with the greatest concentration across the high ground in the southeast.<\/p>\n<p>I have no changes to my snowfall map&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Chris-Special.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-57557\" src=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Chris-Special.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"719\" height=\"402\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Chris-Special.png 719w, https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Chris-Special-300x168.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 719px) 100vw, 719px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Those counties along the Virginia border are now under a Winter Weather Advisory through Friday night&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pbs.twimg.com\/media\/FmTFxhlacAEG1os?format=jpg&amp;name=medium\" alt=\"Image\" \/><\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s still a chance for a few slick spots outside of the WWA , especially in snow showers and a few squalls that go up. That&#8217;s when the winter pattern begins to flex again.
