A winter storm will impact our weather over the next few days, with northern Kentucky feeling the initial brunt. This is the part of the state that will be dealing with the heaviest snowfall later today and tonight. Here&#8217;s a fresh call&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Special4.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6307\" alt=\"Special\" src=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Special4.png\" width=\"623\" height=\"385\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Special4.png 623w, https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/Special4-300x185.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 623px) 100vw, 623px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Keep in mind there is likely to be a pretty sharp gradient showing up across northern Kentucky this afternoon into the early evening. That will have a major impact on exactly where the &#8221; a lot&#8221; vs. &#8220;some&#8221; snow lines set up. For the rest of the state&#8230; a slushy accumulation on grass and elevated surfaces should do the trick.<\/p>\n<p>Widespread snow and snow showers will kick in for Monday and last into Tuesday.
