Good Monday and welcome to a familiar week of weather. The pattern for the next several days\u00a0 will look and feel a whole lot like what we had last week here in the bluegrass state. Warm and windy, scattered storms and a severe weather threat followed by a shot of chilly air. Got it.<\/p>\n

Temps today will range from the mid and upper 70s to around 80 in the far west and southwest. A mix of sun and clouds could lead to an isolated shower or thunderstorm. The threat for a few boomers will increase a bit in the coming days.<\/p>\n

Tuesday into Wednesday will see readings climb into the upper 70s and low 80s for highs. Moisture will increase and that may aid in the development of some of the scattered storms.<\/p>\n

A storm across the Rockies will work across the plains and into the Great Lakes by the end of the week. That will drag a cold front across the state Thursday night and early Friday and that may spawn severe weather around here. Check out the massive temp plunge coming in behind the front…<\/p>\n
