Rounds of showers and a few thunderstorms are rolling across Kentucky today as a cold front sweeps in from the west. This is part of a much more active early November setup with the CHANCE for a little winter to show up before Thanksgiving.<\/p>\n<p>Today&#8217;s rain is heaviest across western, central and northern parts of Kentucky. This is where 1&#8243;-3&#8243; of rain will fall. Farther south and east, amounts will be much lighter with the folks in the far southeast not picking up on much at all.<\/p>\n<p>The showers will exit the region early Monday as dry air quickly takes control through the day.
