The Weather Prediction Center continues to increase the odds of significant ice and snow for much of Kentucky…<\/p>\n
I’ve put together a series of maps to help you plan for the impacts this storm may have on your part of the state.<\/p>\n Here’s how things may play out during the day on Sunday…<\/p>\n By Sunday night, we see the southern part of Kentucky dealing with some rain with the ice and snow still going strong across the northern half of the state…<\/p>\n As this low pushes to our east Monday, morning ice and a mix goes over to snow with light snow taking over by afternoon…<\/p>\n The latest run of the EURO this afternoon is pretty much in line with the above maps…<\/p>\n The amount of freezing rain with this is very concerning…<\/p>\n There’s also some sleet accumulation showing up…<\/p>\n The snowfall map from the EURO is way up there across the northern half of the state…<\/p>\n This is essentially what the Canadian Model was showing earlier today.
