<\/a><\/p>\nThe front end snows developing Sunday and lifting from southwest to northeast will be a big issue. Snowfall rates of 1″-2″ will show up with this band before the slow transition to sleet and freezing rain takes place.<\/p>\n
Significant amounts of ice may cause power outages by Sunday night and early Monday. The ice then goes over to moderate to heavy snow on Monday as the upper low swings through here.<\/p>\n
Winds during this storm will also be a major player with gusts of 30-35mph possible. Whiteout conditions may develop for some.<\/p>\n
