It&#8217;s another bitterly cold night out there as arctic air retakes control of the pattern. This air knocks the temps down to near 0 tonight with wind chills that go even lower. This is ahead of another harsh pattern taking shape this weekend into next week.<\/p>\n<p>The snow showers in the northeast are winding down this evening.
