It&#8217;s been a wicked January with a ton of snow and a ton of bitterly cold temps, but tonight may be the worst of the bunch in terms of temps. Temps may be among the coldest we&#8217;ve seen around here in years with wind chills even colder.<\/p>\n<p>A Cold Weather Advisory is out for the entire state and surrounding areas&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/2-MAP-6.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-69433\" src=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/2-MAP-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"849\" height=\"488\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/2-MAP-6.jpg 849w, https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/2-MAP-6-300x172.jpg 300w, https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/2-MAP-6-768x441.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 849px) 100vw, 849px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s a case for that to be upgraded to an Extreme Cold Warning for parts of the region.<\/p>\n<p>Actual temps range from 0 to as low as -15 in the coldest valleys with a deep snowpack.
