Not only is our nations birthday, but it&#8217;s also the birthday of Kentucky Weather Center. This site went live on this date back in 2008 and we&#8217;ve never missed a day without posting.\u00a0 That&#8217;s 6,209 days if you&#8217;re playing along at home.<\/p>\n<p>Our Independence Day continues to look really good with highs 85-90 in most areas with a spot or two above. Humidity levels are still in good shape with a mix of sun and clouds.<\/p>\n<p>Highs range from the upper 80s to low 90s this weekend for most areas as humidity levels jump up a bit. This is nothing like what we had last week. There&#8217;s also the chance for isolated storms going up on Saturday with greater coverage Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>From there, waves of showers and storms roll from west to east across the state into next week.
