<\/p>\nGood Saturday, everyone. We have a cold front racing into Kentucky today, bringing a few booming thunderstorms along and ahead of it. What’s coming in behind it is some of the good stuff Sunday into early Next week as a taste of September shows up.<\/p>\n
A broken line of showers and storms will develop by early afternoon near the Ohio River between Covington and Louisville. This line will then race toward the southeast, increasing in coverage and intensity. This will bring the potential for pockets of damaging winds and large hail. The Storm Prediction Center has the low-end risk for severe weather across central and eastern Kentucky…<\/p>\n

Much cooler winds blow behind this with Sunday feeling absolutely amazing. Highs likely stay in the 70s for many areas…<\/p>\n
Lows to start Sunay should reach the upper 50s in many areas, but Monday morning has the chance to be almost chilly. Clear skies, calm winds and dry air mean thermometers reach the low and middle 50s. For valleys that don’t have fog, there’s the outside chance for a few upper 40s. Several of the short-range models have been showing this of late…<\/p>\n Tuesday’s lows will be back in the low and mid 50s again.<\/p>\n A slow moving system works through the region starting Wednesday, bringing the chance for scattered showers and storms to the region into the beginning of next weekend…<\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n
