The heat is back in the Bluegrass State as summer just refuses to go quietly into the night. This hot pattern may take a punch from a cold front on Friday with a bigger punch arriving early next week.<\/p>\n
Temps today reach the 90-95 degree range across central and eastern Kentucky with mid and upper 90s in the west. Humidity levels make it feel hotter than that, especially in the west.<\/p>\n
The chance for a storm or two is there today as some moisture pushes in. This is ahead of a cold front dropping in from the northwest late Thursday into Friday.
