We remain on track to see a blast of winter weather moving into the state later Monday night into Tuesday. That&#8217;s when an arctic front swings in here and delivers a bit of snow and a lot of cold and wind.<\/p>\n<p>The European Model continues to show a healthy storm, but it&#8217;s much farther to the east than what it had been showing. Regardless&#8230; it gives us a nice shot of post frontal snow. Here&#8217;s a more realistic snowfall map from the model&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Euro-Snow1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-7908\" alt=\"Euro Snow\" src=\"https:\/\/kyweathercenter.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Euro-Snow1.png\" width=\"640\" height=\"609\" \/><\/a>Tuesday looks like it will be a day straight out of late December or January.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; A band of light snow that MAY put down a light accumulations for a few.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Arctic air sweeping in on wind gusts approaching 30mph.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Temps in the low and mid 30s for highs with wind chills in the teens.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Lows by Wednesday morning will be close to 20 degrees with some teens possible.<\/p>\n<p>If you don&#8217;t think that&#8217;s impressive for early November&#8230; I don&#8217;t know what to tell you.<\/p>\n<p>Have a great day and take care.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Good Friday evening, gang.
