Round one of our winter storm is overspreading the state from west to east this evening. Parts of western Kentucky have picked up a half inch of snow from this mess and accumulations of a half to one inch will be possible in many areas.<\/p>\n<p>That will mainly be on grassy and elevated surfaces, but is something to keep a eye on as temps drop toward freezing or a bit below.
