Good evening, gang. Here’s hoping things are going great in your life. I wanted to drop by for a couple of quick thoughts on where we go from here. My weekend thoughts haven’t changed… rounds of light snow that should be able to put down some light accumulations.<\/p>\n

The longer range for next week has a lot for us to watch. The southern branch of the jet stream is coming alive with energy and we have many systems rolling in. The models will have a tough time figuring all this out… especially the GFS. That’s a model that will be overpowered by the southern branch for a while.<\/p>\n

The higher resolution European Model is likely to have a better handle on things. Better does not mean perfect, though. The Euro continues to show a sizable storm coming from the Gulf of Mexico and up the east coast from late Tuesday through Thursday…<\/p>\n

\"Euro\"<\/a>We will see how this goes… but you simply cannot write off any of these systems over the next few weeks.<\/p>\n
