Good morning everyone. A line of severe thunderstorms is slowly working across central Kentucky and will push into eastern Kentucky later this morning. A TORNADO WATCH is now in effect for much of this region until 1pm. Here is a look at the watch outline and the latest warnings…
Latest radars…
I am having trouble logging into Twitter and that is usually where i send out the latest warnings. I will try to do so in the comments section.
Take care.

Thanks for all your work! I’m glad our tornado warning expired. Wasn’t going to hit me in Salt Lick area anyway
Very windy, warm and dry (so far) here in Barbourville.
WoW! Almost a 25 degree temperature difference across the state this morning around 50! In west Ky.and a balmy 76! Here in Barbourville in SE KY.
I would like to thank the NWS for the early morning wake up call. Nothing like getting woken up by a weather radio alarm for a whole lot of nothing. I swear I’m going to disable that thing if they keep it up.
Thank you for watching out for and keeping all of us informed Chris. You’re the best! The sun just peeked out here north of Hazard and went away again. The wind is starting to pick up a little, but it feels great outside! (so far).
