Good evening, gang. It’s full steam ahead into a wild weekend of weather across the commonwealth of Kentucky. A big storm system cranks up and works right on top of the region.
This will bring mild conditions with high winds on Saturday into Saturday night. Heavy rain and thunderstorms will also be a good bet. As the storm goes by to our northeast, temps crash with snow showers coming in later Sunday…
From there… it’s on the the arctic blast for the middle and end of next week. This will bring the coldest air since the brutal shots of last winter!
I leave you with your tracking tools for the evening…
Current temperatures
A full update comes your way later tonight. Make it a great evening and take care.
Thank you, Chris! I appreciate all the updates!!
Me too and I can’t wait for the blowtorch trolls and haters to be served a big plate of crow. 🙂
Amen, Jeff
Get off your high horse, Jeff. Some of us recognize that winter weather, at least old school winter, is a thing of the past. We have cold weather every winter. Nothing about this impending cold period screams historic.
Hate to so easily dismiss your ignorant comment, but I am not on a high horse. #redherring #fail 😉
You did this all last winter-name calling. Troll? Dude, I’ve seen you troll other people just for the kicks of it. You just have a knack as coming off as a jerk.
That is a false comment and you know it. You’re not one to lecture others about such things anyways.
“Blowtorch Trolls” may be the only band name left in the world that’s not already taken. You should get on that pronto.
*yawn*
We are on the good side of the system, since the main player on the other side is probably ice more than snow. I’ll take the rain and flurries 🙂
Amen. The only thing I might possibly want less than ice is Ohio State winning Monday night.
