Good Sunday everyone. Before we look ahead… let’s give our Saturday a big round of applause!!! What a great day we had with temps well into the 60s under a partly sunny sky. Today isn’t liking all the attention Saturday is getting and will try to one up it and may succeed. These days are numbered as changes start showing up this week with a big change looming for Thanksgiving Week.

Today into Monday will feature more of the same as the 60s will rule as more pleasant weather rolls on.

Bye later Tuesday… the closed low in the plains states will begin to impact the region as clouds and the threat for showers increases for the middle and end of the week.

GFS Wednesday

The air out ahead of this cut off low will continue to be fairly mild as the chilly air remains directly under the low itself.
We will likely see a pretty cool temp map coming up across the Ohio Valley by mid week.

Temps for us will come down to more seasonal levels for the middle and end of the week.

Thanksgiving week is likely to see our weather pattern really crank up across the entire country as old man winter wakes up from his November slumber.

Thanksgiving

You get the idea… the models are saying it is going to get cold with a shot at winter for Thanksgiving week. They also point to this hanging tough into early December.

Don’t forget… the winter forecast comes out sometime this coming week and I will likely have a live chat at some point so you guys can ask questions about it.

Have a great Sunday and take care.
