Good early Saturday morning or late Friday night… it’s all about perspective! The severe weather threat is ramping up overnight for parts of the state. A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH is now in effect for areas mainly along and north or I-64 until 7am.

A line of thunderstorms continues to develop north and west of the Ohio River and will continue to work southeast overnight. The threat for damaging winds and large hail will increase into the early morning hours. Here is a look at the counties included in the watch…
