Good Wednesday to one and all and thanks for checking out the blog. The weather pattern we are in right now is one that hasn’t changed for a while and probably won’t for a few more days. I feel like I am taking Bill Murray’s weatherman role in the movie Groundhog Day..

                                                         “Don’t drive angry”!

Slow moving showers and thunderstorms will once again be on the move across the area today. Yada yada yada

These storms will continue to feed upon this moist atmosphere to put down a lot of rain in a short amount of time. This may lead to flash flooding… especially if these storms move over some of the same areas that were hit by storms the past few days.

Here are the radars to save the day…

The pattern will also try to become more favorable for a few strong or isolated severe storms today with an even better chance coming up Thursday as a cold front moves through.

Something else I am keeping an eye on is the weekend. I am now thinking we could be in a situation where we have to watch areas to our northwest for clusters of showers and storms to develop. These may very well slide southeastward into our area one a couple of occasions this weekend.

I see no end to this overall wet and stormy patter over the next few weeks! If you are looking for a dry and hot summer… keep looking folks!

Updates as needed today… take care.
