Good Sunday everyone and thanks for dropping by the blog. I hope you are having a great holiday weekend, so far. The atmosphere continues to become very warm and humid out there and this is leading to showers and storms.

All this happens as the tropical low (which should have been declared a depression)from the Gulf is moving up the Mississippi River valley. This is opening the door to a rich supply of juice straight off the Gulf. The showers and storms will be efficient rain producers so we will have to watch the local flash flood threats in the coming days. Here is all you need to track the storms on radar…







The low itself will be moving through here or very close by as we head into Wednesday…
