Good Saturday everyone! Our Memorial Day Weekend is here and the weather is about to turn rather stormy. As a matter of fact, this is a pattern we must really keep an eye out for flash flooding from Sunday through Thursday of next week. ![]()
I will keep this one kinda quick. Today will feature warm and humid conditions with a couple of showers and storms trying to develop across the area. You can track them here…
A lot of tropical moisture is going to be moving in here over the next several days. This will lead to some big time heavy rain producing showers and storms that will likely be slow movers as well. Take a look at the maps and see if you notice much of a change…

Many areas can easily pick up 1″-3″ of rain into the middle of next week. Slow moving thunderstorms can dump a lot more than that in local areas so we will be on alert for possible flash flooding at some point over the next 5 days.
I will update as needed. Have a great weekend and take care!

Happy Holiday week-end everyone. The weather yesterday was perfect for the wedding that I worked. Now, Chris, I want to order up a perfect weather week-end for next week-end. The reception is partly outside – we hope. I will be checking in constantly until then.
Happy Summer! The sun is summer sun now, everyone remember your sunscreen.
Good Sunday morning to all! I hope you enjoyed the weather yesterday, even though it was a little bit humid. But, that made it feel like summer, and since this weekend is the “unofficial” start to summer, I gueaa the humid weather goes along with it!
Chris I hope you have a GREAT weekend! We have had a few sprinkles this morning, but nothing much. Well, gotta start getting ready for church, so I will check in later. Have a Great Sunday, everyone!
it’s been way to long without rain CB! My allergies are borderline severe and i really need the rain to keep the junk in the air under control.
Mine have been acting up the last couple of days too Tommy. I guess there’s always some kind of payback for this beautiful weather we’ve been having. LOL!
