Hi gang! Just dropping in on ya for a quick update to our evening that is underway. It is an ugly one as a weak little system dives southeastward across the state. We are seeing some showers and maybe even a thunderstorm pushing through.
You can track the showers here…
With the freezing mark fairly close to the surface… some small hail is possible. These are quick movers and will be out of here late this evening. Winds are gusty right now and this will continue to be the case through the evening as temps fall into the 40s. Some areas may see a rare weather happening tonight. Thunder and frost in the same night? It is possible as temps hit the mid 30s by morning as skies clear out.
Thursday looks good with temps in the 60s. Clouds will increase quickly and showers and some storms develop late in the day from west to east. Friday will see numerous showers and storms around and some of the boomers could be a little on the strong side. The SPC has the nearly the entire state in a risk for severe storms…
I will see you guys later tonight. Have a great evening and take care.

I personally seen snow fall on May 10th back in the late 80’s, but I wonder if anyone knows when the latest recorded snowflakes were??? CHIME IN IF YOU GOT AN ANSWER, I’M CURIOUS TO KNOW..
Good evening folks! Hope you got a chance to get out and enjoy this beautiful day! Tim, you guys REALLY saw a difference, didn’t you? We had snow yesterday, but nothing stuck. glad for that.
Chris, after next week, is the weather going to calm down a little bit, and get closer to normal? I certainly hope so.
Tim, the 90+ June days are OUT of the norm. We should not really see those kind of temps until mid July to August. However, our weather has been anything BUT normal for the past few years! So, who knows WHAT the weather will bring?
