10PM UPDATE

Good evening folks. Everything remains on track with the snow that is falling across the southern half of the state. Parts of southern and southeastern Kentucky have already picked up more than 3″ of snow.

Some areas across southeastern Kentucky will likely make a run toward 6″ before all is said and done.

Keep posting your weather information. Thanks a bunch for everything you do for the blog!!!!

Full update later tonight. Take care.

A Snow/Winter Weather Advisory is out for much of the southern and southeastern part of the state. Here is a look at the counties included with my snowfall forecast added…

As temps continue to fall below freezing… roads will become slushy so use caution if out traveling tonight and early Friday.

Help me out by posting your weather conditions through the evening and overnight. You can also send me some snow pics at chrisbaileyweather@yahoo.com

I will update things later this evening. Take care.
