Good evening, gang. Snow showers and flurries continue to fly across the region and could put down another coating for some areas. The higher elevations of the southeast could pick up another inch or so of snow into Friday morning.
From here, it’s all about a much milder weekend. Highs will hit the 60s by Sunday.
A cold front bring a few showers on Monday, but is getting pushed by a bigger system late Tuesday and Wednesday. Here’s the GFS…
Taken verbatim, that’s thunder to wraparound snows. Yay.
The European Model is similar, but a tad farther north…
That same run of the European Model shows systems diving in from the northwest…
I would LOVE to be able to sit here and tell you spring is on the way, but we still have a ways to go.
I leave you with your radars to track the evening flakes…
Make it a great evening and take care.
Rinse and repeat. Seems we went through this pattern back in January. Going to be a wet spring from the looks of things to come.
Spring is indeed on the way.

Pitchers and catchers reported last week and it’s about time to play ball. Still, I’d rather have these wild swings than just plain ole blah, cold, grey weather.
Flurries all day, gray skies and cold. I love the snow, but another mild weekend is nice too. Enjoy being able to use the grill. The sun and a little warmth is good medicine!
The roller coaster is much better than the cold and gray days last year that lasted until April. 60s on Sunday will be a welcomed visitor.
