Good evening, gang. It’s another muggy March day in the bluegrass state as scattered showers and storms move through. Additional rounds of showers and storms will be with us over the next few days, and some strong storms will be possible.
Here’s the latest from the Storm Prediction Center…
Chillier air follows that up for the end of the week into the weekend. This is when the pattern takes on much more of a winter look. Here’s the European Model…
The GFS has a similar look…
As I mentioned a week or so ago, some of my initial analog years featured some winter weather into the early part of spring. Here’s hoping that does NOT happen.

Enjoy the evening and take care.
NCAA Selection process has me scratching my head…a lot. Doesn’t matter, I know, as this field has the most parity I have seen in a long time. There is no dominant team to beat this year. Everyone can be beaten at any time, no matter what your seed is.
By the way, nice weather this afternoon after morning rain. Nice shot of a double rainbow late this afternoon as a small shower just south of my location provided a perfect setup for a partial yet very brilliant view.
Thanks Chris. Was looking back through some pictures and found one of snow on April 15th a couple of years ago. At least if there is a shot of winter, it will be in March. That being said, I hope it doesn’t happen either, but if it does, better now than later. As far as UKs NCAA seeding I can only say …….ahhhhh that’s about par for the course. After all, that’s Kentucky Basketball. Have a good Sunday night all.
Have no idea why that posted twice. Sorry.
