I think the line is weakening out as it heads east out of Louisville, Why else has there not been any furher watches to the east of the current Tornado Watch. Chalk one up to diurnal heating loss.!
why are the calling a warning so soon, when the storm is atleast a county or two from the one they issue a warning for? Just the heads up? The county next to me is in a warning, but the storm is still TWO counties away from it. Oh well better to be safe than sorry

Well, thank the Lord it wasn’t as bad as some were saying. Sitting here enjoying the rumble of thunder, the lightning and sound of rain. Not even any really high wind gusts at all.. Hope and pray everyone else is safe tonight. Goodnight all.

Probably giving people plenty of heads up as there have been several reports of 70+mph winds. Gives you enough of a chance to secure lawn furniture, trash cans, etc.

Well One thing I notice when viewing this http://radar.weather.gov/Conus/full_loop.php
is the typical strengthening of Southern Storms as those TN/KY Line and north weaken.
