Good evening, everyone. It’s another bitterly cold night out there as arctic air retakes control of the pattern. This air knocks the temps down to near 0 tonight with wind chills that go even lower. This is ahead of another harsh pattern taking shape this weekend into next week.

The setup after this remains a work in progress as we get another arctic boundary to slide in with some rain to snow Saturday. Another light snowmaker will be possible Sunday into Monday with a bigger storm system lurking a few days later.
The EURO is trending farther north and west with that bigger storm system…
