Good Saturday, everyone. We have made it to the weekend, but the weather continues to look a lot like the week we are coming out of. As a matter of fact, this stormy setup shows little signs of letting up through next week, at least.
Today’s rounds of showers and storms can put down enough rain to cause additional high water issues in some areas. There’s even the small chance for a few strong or locally severe storms to develop in the east. This is where the Storm Prediction Center is monitoring…
Another surge of very warm and humid air is pushing in here on Sunday and may be accompanied by some storm clusters rolling in from the west and northwest. A few of these may be strong or severe…

Here are your trackers for the day…
I will update as needed. Make it a good one and take care.
I’ll believe the chill when I see it.
Exactly…not one chilly day have we endured so far this month.
Thanks Chris for the update. The tropical downpours are very welcome. It is good that we don’t have a whole bunch of heavy rain for a long period of time. Looking forward to a change in the overall pattern to cooler and drier at the end of May ? Maybe the Indianapolis 500 this year will be cool and dry for a great race without delays because of the weather. Have a great Saturday everyone.
Thanks Chris. Well we’ve managed to get the cold to recede; now if we can just get the rain to not quit, but alter its schedule to a few dry days (in a row) between the wet ones….. 😉 Oh well. Have a happy Saturday everyone. Thanks again Chris.
I miss the thunderstorms that used to roll through a couple of days a week. The climate is definitely changing,
