Good Thursday, everyone. Mild weather continues to increase across the region as spring really begins to ramp up. As a matter of fact, conditions over the next few days will be more common of May than the end of March. As we look longer term, there’s still the potential for a little ugly showing up as we start the month of April

Let’s begin with today and roll forward. Temps will likely range from 70-75 for many, with the potential for the numbers to push close to 80 in the far west and southwest. Follow those numbers…

Friday is a warm and windy day across the bluegrass state. Temps range from the low and mid 70s in the north, to around 80 in the far south and west. That said, a few showers and storms may impact those numbers. There’s a shot for scattered storms from late tonight into Friday.

Saturday looks warm and windy once again as we wait for our Front. That slides in Saturday night with a line of strong storms.

The GFS shows the Friday scattered storms and the Saturday night thunder…

The air behind that looks much better for Sunday and Monday, so we do get a bit of a break there.

That doesn’t last very long as our next storm moves in as we end March and kick off April. This has a very ugly look to it…

Do better, April!

I will hook you up with another update later today. Have a good one and take care.
