Good evening, gang. Rounds of strong and severe thunderstorms will continue to blow across Kentucky tonight into Friday. These storms have already dropped a lot of rain on some areas and we have a lot more to go. This will lead to an increased threat for flooding during this time.
In addition to the flood potential, severe storms are a good possibility. This action will come at us in waves and produce high winds and large hail. Isolated tornadoes are also possible… especially Friday.

Our power has been out here in Greenup County 3 times so far. There is a creek at the end of where I live and it is starting to go over it’s bank in one spot by the road. Must be time to start packing stuff to take in a hurry if needed. Stay safe out there folks, this looks like it is going to get nasty.
