Good afternoon, everyone. After another frigid morning that found some lows reaching the single digits, milder air is coming back in.. This sets the stage for a few milder days into early next week, but some big temp swings look to be in the making for the rest of the month.

Sunday will feature temps all over the place because of a few showers trying to go up in central and eastern Kentucky. Outside of shower, readings reach the 50s.

The next system will bring a few showers in here late Monday as temps make a run at 60. Showers and a rumble of thunder will then be likely on Tuesday as a strong front slides in from the northwest. Much colder air sweeps in behind this and that looks to keep any secondary system to our south…
