Good Thursday, everyone. I come to you today with a much better looking forecast and that makes me a happy weatherdude. Contrary to popular belief… I love all the seasons, but want them to act the part. Spring looks to finally be up to the lead role in our weather movie.
Highs today will reach the mid and upper 60s with mostly sunny skies.
Temps by Friday will be back in the 60s with the slightest chance for a shower or thunderstorm going up. This action is along a weak cold front that moves into the Ohio Valley. Weak being the key word.
Easter Weekend continues to look great with sunny skies and temps running on the mild side. The highs from the European Model continue to climb…
Can you handle temps in the 70s and sunshine for Easter? That’s rhetorical, by the way. 😉
We will have the chance for scattered showers and thunderstorms around early next week. That should be followed up by a big blast of warm air for the middle and end of the week…
80s are a strong possibility before next week is finished. Will that finally get our spring severe weather season going? I guess we will see, but it’s off to another super slow start.
Have a great day and take care.
That’s when another rain maker rolls in with a drop in temps for Easter weekend…
The big Eastern weekend looks cooler than normal with the chance for a shower or two hanging on.
Easter weekend looks a bit unsettled with a chance for a shower or thunderstorm. Temps should be a little below normal.
And your point is?
Beth, the Easter weekend looks warmer than normal with dry conditions. If anything temps are going to get above normal especially by the latter part of next week.
It seems like forecasts greater than about 3-4 days out have been especially subject to change lately.
Thanks Chris. I am loving the forecast for the next several days! I almost played hooky from work today, but thought I had better not.. Although the weather makes one want to just go outside and sit under a tree somewhere. I am sure that you are not the least bit upset that the weather is going to be a little boring to talk about for the next few days. (Not boring, but just not grabbing all the headlines.) Well, Chris, if you will keep dishing up this kind of weather, you will get no complaints from me. Thanks for all you do.
Have a great Friday Eve, everyone! 🙂
Even though the winter headlines and all the snow talk is gone I enjoy reading your posts and thinking of spring and warm temperatures. That should may everyone that might feel bad feel a little better.
Keeneland day tomorrow! Nice weather hopefully here to stay this time?
Minimal frost here again in Carrie, I believe the blooms will survive the cold days we had here
I hope the severe weather is going to be slow or nonexistent this year!!
