Good Saturday everyone. Our holiday weekend is finally here and the weather will likely feature a lot more of the same in the coming days. Since this is a busy weekend for everyone… let’s just break it all down with the headlines. 
– Today will feature partly sunny skies to go along with warm and humid conditions. Stop me if you have heard this one before! lol. There will be a chance for an afternoon thunderstorm going up… especially across the south.
– Sunday is more of the same. Temps will be back in the 80s with the threat for a scattered afternoon storm.
– Memorial Day itself will see a MUCH greater threat for showers and thunderstorms… some will contain some torrential rains. The GFS looks pretty darn wet…
– Showers and storms will be likely into Tuesday and Wednesday of next week. This setup can bring some very heavy rains to our part of the world and is something we will have to watch for.
