Hello once again bloggers. A TORNADO WATCH is now out for much of western Kentucky until 6am. Here is a look at the counties included in the watch…
Severe thunderstorms, capable of producing tornadoes, are moving northward out of Tennessee at a rapid pace. Tornadoes, large hail and damaging winds are possible. In addition to the severe threat… these storms will put down torrential rains that will likely lead to flash flooding. This is an especially dangerous situation since this area has picked up 3″-5″ of rain earlier today and the fact the new rains are moving in at night.

Very disturbing……NOAA has NO TORNADO WARNINGS listed at this time 2:26am and the blog has 5! tornado warnings out! WOW that is terrible
Chris I’ve been tracking a storm capable of producing a tornado headed toward the Lexington metro area. Is the potential there in the next 25-30min of strong weather? We may have to take cover these storms look pretty impressive.
