Good evening, gang. Record highs are likely to be broken this weekend with many areas seeing readings heading toward the 70 degree mark. That is ahead of a strong storm system rolling our way later Sunday into Monday.
This is going to be a BIG wind maker for our region…
Wind gusts of 40-50mph will be possible during this time. Strong thunderstorms will also be possible as this system works across the region. Temps drop quickly as the low passes by to our north and northeast.
An honest to goodness winter looking cold front swings in here by Wednesday and Thursday of next week…
There’s a possibility of of a wave of low pressure trying to pop along that boundary as it sweeps in…
That kicks off much more of a winter look across the country. I will touch more on that later tonight.
