Good Monday, everyone. On this Memorial Day, we pause to pay respect to those who have given the ultimate sacrifice for our nation. To those who have served and are actively serving, we also say a big thank you for your service.
Today also marks the unofficial kickoff to summer and it’s certainly feeling the part. We continue to deal with very warm and humid conditions. With temps deep into the 80s and that high humidity, the heat index will feel like 90 or a little better at times.
We are also tracking a scattering of showers and storms, some of which may be a little strong. Any boomer that goes up can also put down quite a bit of rain in a short amount of time. Here are your Memorial Day storm trackers…
The pattern from Tuesday through the end of the remains pretty much the same before a cold front changes that to end May and kickoff June. Just like the past few days, any storm may be on the strong side and put down lots of rain. There could be an increase in the severe threat ahead of our cold front…
That front continues to have cooler air behind it as we flip the calendar to the start of summer. The Euro is now seeing the cooler than normal temps…
The Euro lows for the first two mornings of June are into the 40s…
I’ve been trying to log onto this site for a week – Google is giving me a malware warning and not allowing me to log on….what is up with that?
It might be a google chrome issue.
I am able to reach this site thru Twitter & Safari, but I cannot with Chrome.
Firefox does it too.
Yep. CB needs a better webmaster. The site has been an issue for almost two years now and has hit bottom now. Procrastination gets us all.
