Good Saturday to one and all. Our weekend is off and running on a fairly nice weather note with some sunshine and pleasant temperatures. That good stuff will carry us into early Sunday before things begin to turn active once again. That trend will carry us into much of next week with a few more systems moving in.

Today’s weather will feature a mix of sun and clouds with an isolated shower or thunderstorm. Temps will be in the upper 70s to around 80.

Sunday will be mostly dry with an increase in clouds and winds. This is ahead of a cold front swinging in from the northwest and will arrive by Monday. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will increase during this time and a few could be strong.

Another system looks to roll in here for the second half of the week…

That will bring another cold front and rounds of storms our way. That pattern may persist for the next few weeks as the hot weather remains to our west and southwest. At the same time, a dip in the jet stream looks semi-permanent across the eastern part of the country. That should mean additional thunderstorm clusters rolling in from the northwest…Euro 2

Make it a great Saturday and take care.
