Good Thursday evening. The heat is being busted as we speak as showers and thunderstorms push in a few hours ahead of schedule. These boomers are located over central and western Kentucky and are ahead of a cold front that promises to bring more rains and cooler temps for the weekend.
Track the storms here…
Here is the thing we have all been waiting for…
Heavy rains and some strong storms will be with us Friday as many temps have a tough time getting out of the 70s. Low and mid 80s for highs over the weekend looks good.
It is looking more and more likely that we will head into a MUCH wetter pattern next week. It is also one that can deliver a lot of rain to the state. Temps should remain on the normal side too.
Take care.
Cool! 🙂
Thanks for the update, Chris.
SOUNDS GREAT!!! TO ME, THANKS FOR THE EVENING UPDATE!…. 🙂
