Good afternoon, gang. A new line of storms has indeed cranked up across western and southern Kentucky and some of these are severe. Damaging winds and large hail continue to be the main threats with these storms as they head to the southeast.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is out for much of the west and south until 10pm. Here’s a look at the watch outline and the current warnings…

Do you have any suggestions regarding commenting on this blog where the comment goes to oblivion? It happens more often than not……I just wrote a couple of paragraphs and it didn’t post……No big deal because it wasn’t that important……..but it’s annoying since I didn’t write anything that should alert moderation….It seems like the longer the comment, the more likely it is not to post……at least for me
