Good Saturday everyone. The weekend is here and the word scattered continues to be the name of the storm game. That is how it has been for the past several days and should be the rule today too. But… we will change the pattern up a bit for the next few days as a cold front actually moves through the area.
Highs today will be back into the 80s as the muggy factor will be high again to go along with more SCATTERED storms. Yada Yada Yada. Track the storms here…
A cold front will swing in here Sunday and should bring a line of showers and thunderstorms with it. The timing on this front moving through should be early afternoon. Can we get some strong storms out of this line? It’spossible… especially the later in the day the front arrives.
GFS Sunday Afternoon
Much cooler and drier air will move in by Sunday evening and this will set us up for a VERY nice Monday. Highs will be around 80 degrees with lower humidity levels and some sun. Enjoy as it won’t last long. Warmer air will try to fight back in here by Tuesday and Wednesday. The leading edge of warm air will prompt showers and storms to move back in here Tuesday and likely last for a couple days.

I will have updates as needed this weekend. Have a great Saturday and take care.
This rain sucks. I need to find a mower that’s good in wet grass.

Does that mean it will be cloudy early Sunday, before the front comes in?
Thanks for the update, Chris!
