Good Tuesday to one and all. We are about to enter into a VERY warm weather pattern around here and it will be just in time to kick off the month of April. Not only will the next several days be warm… but sunshine will be the name of the game meaning these will be quiet times here on the blog. That isn’t really that bad of a thing since mother nature owes me some down time after this past winter.

Regardless… your daily updates will continue, but I won’t have a whole lot to say.

Here is one heck of a looking forecast…

Today will start chilly and end with highs warming into the low 60s under sunny skies. A few clouds may be with some areas to in the south and east but will quickly get out of town by late morning.

From Wednesday on… the pattern is going to look and feel a whole lot like late May or early June as temps head toward 80 and beyond for the end of the week and start of the Easter Weekend. Sunny skies will carry us during this time so expect the spring colors to explode!

The only potential problem this weekend will be a system heading across the plains states into the western Great Lakes by later Saturday into Saturday night . This may drag a front close enough to us to produce some scattered showers or thunderstorms. You can see this on the GFS for Saturday Evening…

Strong or severe storms with that? Hmmm… possible.

That would knock the temps down for Easter Sunday and we can hope the timing of the front would get that stuff out of town Saturday night.

The very warm temps would then return for next week!
